As a digitizer I want to edit the record from the preview screen

As a digitizer, from the preview screen, I want to be able to make edits to the record information when I see that I've made mistakes in the information I captured

Tech Tasks

• Add the edit button to the preview screen of the record

Other requirements

When clicking on the edit button it should go to the first section of
the form and the digitizer can manually navigate to the section that they want
