docs: website does not (?) link to source repository #218
Description
Looking at https://odc-geo.readthedocs.io/en/latest, I cannot find a link to this repository in any of the sections. It's possible there is a link, but it's not obvious where I should look.
Comparing with https://datacube-ows.readthedocs.io/en/latest/, there is a "Download datacube-ows source" section under the installation section, https://datacube-explorer.readthedocs.io/en/latest has an "Additional Notes" section where the link to the repository can be found, and https://opendatacube.readthedocs.io/en/latest/ has a Github symbol in the upper right corner.
