[Docs]: Docs on replicated storage backups with snapshots

Are you reporting an issue with existing content?
I could only find backup docs for local storage and not replicated storage (may be I am blind). I am not sure if the same procedure is recommended for replicated as well, given it supports snapshots and other functionality. It would very much benefit the community if there is a doc on this topic and what the recommended tool / setup is.

Are you proposing new content, or a change to the existing documentation layout or structure?
A document under replicated storage header with the name backups explaining how to do replicated / snapshotted backup with a given tool - velero / k8up / etc.

@balaharish7 the documented steps available at https://openebs.io/docs/main/Solutioning/backup-and-restore/velerobrfs are applicable for v4.1 as well. Can you please raise the steps for v4.1?

Sure @avishnu. Also, are the other 2 i.e. "Velero Backup and Restore using Replicated PV Mayastor Snapshots - Raw Block Volumes" & "Kasten Backup and Restore using Replicated PV Mayastor Snapshots - FileSystem" applicable for 4.1?
