Restic REST Remote Destination

This would help backing up to more endpoints via the use of rclone restic server to for example google drive

Currently we are restricted to S3 or GCP Filestore. Not good for scalability and not cost-economic

Can you explain more on why you are using rclone instead of minio at remote storage location?
