ZV remains after Snapshot deletion in case of pod crash

What steps did you take and what happened:

The delete snapshot code deletes the snapshot and the ZV if the snapshot is the last one.
In case of network connectivity or pod crash after the deletion of snapshot. The ZV remains in the system .

What did you expect to happen:
The Zv must be cleaned up id the if mark for deletion is set to true.
