Analogue or mixed-signal design support

Do you plan to support analogue and mixed-signal designs, e.g. by adding suitable spice models?

@holvo Sorry for the late reply, your question is excellent! This newly released PDK currently only supports digital chip design, and fab ICsprout has no plans to release spice models in the near future.

I also am very pleased to see how ICsprout work hard and focus on open source development.
But I also would advocate to get access to spice models for this technology. It is key to allow realworld tapeout check what we can do back annotated gate-level simulation at transistor level.

Okay, we are preparing the missing files (like spice models, etc), but it take some time.

Was wondering if the SPICE models are expected to come out any time soon? Wanted to test it out on a few analog circuits.

The release date for complete PDK data is still uncertain. If there is any news, we will post it on X @openecos as soon as possible.
