when would the SRAM Macro released?

It would be great if there are any macros. Without SRAM macros, it is hard to design with cache integration, FF based cache has a much larger fanout and lower density compare with SRAM. The result is, the PPA is so bad for the FF based cache design.

We first validated PLL and SRAM based on the ICS55nm in the December 2025 chip tape-out, and the chip will soon be back. If the functionality is well, we will open it up for everyone to use as soon as possible.
