• Clicking the "invalidate certificates" tool button triggers the "Invalidate Certificate" modal
• The modal has the following text: "To invalidate a certificate for a particular learner, add the username or email address below"
• User must enter a username/ email address for a learner. One student at a time [confirm current behavior]
• An optional notes area exists for notes on the invalidation.
• "Save" button is inactive until a student username or email address is entered
• If a user clicks the "Save" button, a spinner loads while the system validates: if the user is not found, a validation message appears:
  • The entered student does not have a certificate for this course. Verify student username/email and try again"
• Upon successful invalidation, a toast appears: "Certificate invalidated for {email}"
