3rd level menu items are not being loaded

When building the site navigation, third-level menu items are not being rendered under their second-level parent items, even though the “Show as expanded” option is enabled on those parent menu links.

This happens because the depth level is hard coded as shown in the screenshot below in oe_theme/modules/oe_theme_helper/src/Plugin/Block/SiteNavigationBlock.php line 114.

Since the ECL mega menu supports up to third-level items, the navigation block should also allow loading three levels of depth.

Hello, thanks for reporting this.
The issue will be fixed in #1687. However, since there is still a limited value for the menu depth in ECL, will keep the hardcoded max depth in oe_theme as well.
