Undefined array key "name" in _oe_theme_preprocess_search_input_text()

This seems to occur again, although it was solved before in #1637

It seems like the actual field #id is now admin-toolbar-search-field-input instead of admin-toolbar-search-input.

versions I encounter this on:

• drupal/admin_toolbar: 3.6.3
• drupal/core: 11.3.2
