Allow to set changelog in all languages

### Story
- Allow to set changelog in all languages for Android and iOS
- Ideally, I create a file in English on the repo, it is translated automatically, translations both for the playstore and appstore are commited to separate PR, that when merged deploy the said changelog to the appropriate store.
