feat: Move all autocomplet to a search-a-licious querry

For now we use some hack to search in the taxonomies categories, labels, and packages.

The data fetching should be done using the official API: https://search.openfoodfacts.org/docs#/

Then we could remove the content of /public/data and delete the related script update-taxonomy-suggestions.js

The hack is removed in #1330

Still need to extens the usage of search.openfoodfacts to other fields. But I struggle to use correctly the API. I don't know for example where are the taxonomy ids brands or brand

And openfoodfacts/search-a-licious#100 is still a valid issue
