Producer data remains protected indefinitely

What

• When producer data gets imported into OFF it is protected from edits by regular users even years later.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Go to https://world.openfoodfacts.org/product/3248830971436
2. Edit the product and go to the bottom of the page
3. The last import was from 2021, 4 years ago:
   January 19, 2021, 4:04:43 PM CET - org-groupe-ldc Data (Added: nutriscore_grade_producer, data_sources, allergens, ingredients_text, ingredients_text_fr) (Changed: product_name, categories, product_name_fr) -- Nutriments (Added: energy-kj, energy-kcal, energy, fat, saturated-fat, carbohydrates, sugars, fiber, proteins, salt, sodium, fruits-vegetables-nuts, fruits-vegetables-nuts-dried, nutrition-score-fr) - Editing product (import) - Import from producers platform
4. Then go to the Nutrition table. Each field has the "factory" icon indicating that the field is locked.

Expected behavior

• Years old fields should not still be locked.

Why

• Years old producer data is very likely obsolete and keeping it locked prevents users from fixing it.
• Case in point, the above product has a 2024 photo showing different nutrition values.
