@teolemon For the record we don't need the server for that in a first approach:

• we know if the category isn't populated
• we know if the nutriscore, nova or environmental score isn't computed
• we know from misc_tags how good we are with nutricore
  • en:nutriscore-not-computed
  • en:nutriscore-computed
  • en:nutriscore-missing-category
  • en:nutriscore-missing-nutrition-data
• we know from nova_group_error how good we are with nova
  • missing_category
  • missing_ingredients
  • too_many_unknown_ingredients
• probably something similar with environmental score

We may display an "add category" button in Smoothie

• if we didn't display an "add category" button before
• if the category isn't populated (en:nutriscore-missing-category or missing_category)

Meanwhile, the server can be fixed.
