Handle Robotoff 502 errors inside Nutrition Game web-component

What

When the Robotoff API is unavailable or if API breaks for any given search params, display a user-friendly message.
It refers to:

• Be more pedagogical about Ingredients nutrition game broken when Robotoff is 502 hunger-games#1217

Made a PR to handle the issue in hunger games by fetching Robotoff predictions in nutrition/index.tsx, but it should be fixed in the web-component itself, not the host app.

I noticed there was a previous PR (#450) addressing this issue.
Is further improvement still needed here (e.g., handling edge cases or improving the user-facing message)?
