Story: Prices are not sorted in any logical way in prices lists

@teolemon As explained for instance in #6761, we have the purchase date and the price addition timestamp.
If you add prices just after visiting the shop, using one or the other makes no difference.
If you add "old" prices, the difference between them may be disturbing.

Currently:

• we display only one value (the purchase date), which can be confusing
• the display order is newest timestamp first, then newest purchase date first

Possible solutions:

1. let's consider that the order is newest purchase date first, then newest timestamp first (cf. get_prices_model.dart). Won't exactly fit the "latest addition" title, technically, but that would be good enough.
2. display both purchase date and timestamp (cf. price_data_widget.dart)
3. display explicit order buttons - order by date or order by timestamp (cf. prices_page.dart, product_prices_list.dart)

I can help with solution 1.
