Missing section for managing quotes et des conventions for the integration of new features related to group purchasing

Describe the solution you'd like

Once the user is in their institution, a new section will need to be added after the following:

• Courses
• Training contracts

This section will be called ‘Manage my quotes and agreements.’
There should be two columns within this section, one for quotes and one for agreements.

From Joanie's API side concerning the organization's dashboard, here are most of the action that are available around
the quote and the batch order :

The first action the organization will need for all batch orders :

• download the quote document in .pdf : requires in payload quote_id

The following action is available for all payment methods (card_payment, bank_transfer, purchase_order) of the batch order

• confirm_quote : requires in payload : quote_id and total

The following action is available for purchase_order payment method of a batch order :

• confirm_purchase_order : requires in payload quote_id

The following action is only available for bank_transfer payment method of a batch order:

• confirm_bank_transfer : requires in payload batch_order_id. In that case, the contract of the batch order is already signed by the buyer.

The following action is available for all payment method, it sends the signature link to sign the professional agreement (contract) :

• submit_for_signature_batch_order : requires in payload batch_order_id

Here's the detailled workflow that we established with the dev. team. WDYT ?

Detailed Workflow for Quotes

• Payment method: Credit card

  1. State: Quoted

     • Front: Confirm quote button + modal with total field | Back: Quote confirmation (/confirm-quote) => The organization indicates the final amount => The fields organization_signed_on and total appear in the batch order

  2. State: To sign

     • Front: Send contract for signature button THEN Waiting for signature when contract_submitted_to_signature=True | Back: Call the endpoint /submit-for-signature/ => Sends an email to the batch order owner to sign the contract

     • Once the buyer has signed => moves to Signing state

  3. State: Signing

     • Front: The buyer must pay from their dashboard => Use button Pay amount XXX€, will be display only if the state is Signing AND the payment method is credit card | Back: endpoint submit_for_payment switches to the pending state while the payment is being processed by the buyer. When the payment backend sends a success notification, the batch order moves to the completed

• Payment method: Purchase order

  1. State: Quoted

     • Front: Confirm quote button + modal with total field | Back: Quote confirmation (/confirm-quote) => The organization indicates the final amount => The fields organization_signed_on and total appear in the batch order

     • Front: Confirm receipt of purchase order button | Back: If organization_signed_on exists: the organization can confirm the receipt of the purchase order (/confirm-purchase-order) => Adds the field has_purchase_order=True => Moves the state to To sign

  2. State: To sign

     • Front: Send contract for signature button THEN Waiting for signature when contract_submitted_to_signature=True | Back: Call the endpoint /submit-for-signature if has_purchase_order=True => Sends an email to the batch order owner to sign the contract

     • Once the buyer has signed => Moves to Signing state, then Completed

• Payment method: Bank transfer

  1. State: Quoted

     • Front: Confirm quote button + modal with total field | Back: Quote confirmation (/confirm-quote) => The organization indicates the final amount => The fields organization_signed_on and total appear in the batch order

  2. State: To sign

     • Front: Send contract for signature button THEN Waiting for signature when contract_submitted_to_signature=True | Back: Call the endpoint /submit-for-signature/ => Sends an email to the batch order owner to sign the contract

     • Once the buyer has signed => Moves to Signing state => Buyer makes the transfer

  3. State: Signing

     • Front: Confirm bank transfer button if the organization has received it | Back: endpoint confirm_bank_transfer to validate and move to Completed

State transitions coming from the back end on the batch order

purchase_order: draft => assigned => quoted => to_sign => signing => completed  
bank_transfer: draft => assigned => quoted => to_sign => signing => pending => completed  
card payment: draft => assigned => quoted => to_sign => signing => pending => completed
