provide data visualization use cases

To support informative clauses, we should enumerate a set of data visualization use cases. We have the Best Practice, but having workflows based on current requirements/clients will provide the basis for building out Requirements and Conformance of relevance.

@tomkralidis How about this visualisation use case:
Working Forecaster
Requests a map over an area of interest (say the North Atlantic) showing contours of surface pressure (MSL) and 500hPa height (approximate height of non-convergent, barotropic view of atmosphere). Inspects map, decides needs to see 500hPa-1000hPa thickness contours, so workflow system requests the 1000hPa parameter, a process calculates the difference and plots the thickenss contours as anoverlay on the MSL pressure contours. The 1000hPa height contours are not plotted.
