Add more SHACL shapes

Some initial SHACL shapes were defined for the ontology.
Please review them and add new ones where appropriate

Where do you copy the natural languages ones? from ISO?

The comments I wrote myself to make the intention of the shape clear. The ideas come from ISO specifications, mainly from the definitions of the individual e.g. Coordinate Systems which mandate e.g. a certain number of coordinate system axis
