1. Agree Agenda: Agreed

2. Elect Chair and Co-chairs: Tom Kralidis as Chair, Peter Vretanos & Clemens Portele as Co-Chairs

3. Agree meeting schedule: fortnightly. Day of Week: Wed am (09:00 - 10:00 EDT) start 23 Oct 2024 using GoToMeeting in Portal

4. Set up comms tools: mailing list, GitHub repo, etc.

   Gobe Hobona started updating the portal pages.

   Tom will email all interested to ask for charter/voting members, and detail the next meeting

5. Draft workplan:

   Tom will circulate links to background documents and charter deliverables

   Peter will raise Issue on GitHub repo requesting requirements and issues

   Gobe will discuss approval of still draft, but complete, PubSub White Paper
