Automatically adding constant tables when creating a radio questions

Problem

Currently, users have to manually create constant tables for radio questions. This manual process is confusing to users as they are still uncertain what constant tables are.

Solution

Have a one-time table creation when creating a radio question. If a user creates a new radio question with options, when clicking on the "Constants" tab, a table should appear with the references filled and title changed to "Question 1 reference table" for e.g.

For short term, table references dont have to automatically be updated with every change, but automatically creating the table already helps to make associations. Mapping still has to be done in the logic tab.

In the long term ideal state, the table should update every time the options are changed.
