Renaming Constants to Tables

Problem

The term "constants" is outdated and confusing to users.

Solution

I think we can try renaming it to "Tables"

@NatMaeTan could I get some help with updating the Figma design's copy for this? Some of the instructions might not make sense if I just do a naive "Table" -> "Constant" replacement. Thanks!

moving this our of maintenance milestone since users feedback did not show that "Tables" is a good term. Will investigate this further when we have capacity to do so.
