[AI-4] PLU-595: frontend to enter prompt and generate steps

TL;DR

Added AI-powered workflow builder that allows users to describe their workflow in natural language and automatically generates the corresponding steps.

How to test?

• Can create pipe from scratch
• AI builder
  • Understands trigger and actions
  • Loader works and displays correctly
  • Displays steps correctly
  • Can "Make changes" to modify prompt
  • Back preserves the flow name
  • Suggestions populate respective fields correctly
