[AI-9] PLU-603: Chat interface

TL;DR

Creates the chat interface for user to explain and refine the workflow they intend to build.

How to test?

• Can chat with LLM
  • Response is streamed properly either word-by-word or in chunks (the stream should not be any different from the final output)
• LLM can generate Pipe steps in Markdown based on the input
• Can use suggestions on first prompt
