[AI-10] PLU-604: Preview steps and create Pipe

TL;DR

Adds functionality to:

• Preview steps based on chat with LLM
• Create pipe from the steps

How to test?

• Clicking on eye icon or preview steps should open side drawer and generate the steps (this uses the same API as the AI Builder form version)
• Clicking on "Create this workflow" creates the Pipe and brings user to it
