[PAIR-1]: Pair action single response

TL;DR

Adds a Pair action that allows users to generate text using AI. The app includes:

Note: the promptType currently does nothing, but it will be updated to auto-populate the prompt field based on user selection. It serves as a guide to help users write better and more efficient prompts.

How to test?

Select any promptType, enter a prompt.
