Regression: 5.1.0M1 Javascript rules don't trigger at all

Expected Behavior

I have a number of (UI-based) rules that trigger on item state changes or on cron.
This worked up to and including in 5.0.1

Current Behavior

The item state changes (can be seem in log), but no rule triggers.
Also, no cron based rules trigger either.
There are no errors in the log.

Rollback to 5.0.1 restores expected behavior.

All rule actions are in application/javascript
Docker image: openhab/openhab:milestone-debian
Environment: K3S on ARM64

Is the bundle "openHAB Add-ons :: Bundles :: Automation :: JavaScript Scripting" installed and active? You can see with the following command in the karaf console:

bundle:list | grep JavaScript
