Add environment variables for SSH al LSP ports

I use multiple openhab images in one machine for testing purposes. There are already variables for OPENHAB_HTTP_PORT and OPENHAB_HTTPS_PORT. Could be added also OPENHAB_SSH_PORT and OPENHAB_LSP_PORT?

It would be nice to have these additional environment variables for any distro.
When they are supported, it should be easy to use with Docker as well.
