Document YAML short form syntaxes

A to-do list for the yaml config docs:

• Short form expire (merged)
• Short form metadata (merged)
• Short form Tags (open)

I'm waiting for #2614 to be merged first since that PR changes the text in the core structure, but if that didn't make it before 5.2, then I'll add the above first.
