[TestFlight 3.2.21 (227)] Sitemap sub view level items not updating when app come to front

Very similar to #1075, but for any sub-view, the items do not update as soon as the app is brought to the front, either through the app switcher, but also if the iPhone goes to sleep and then is woken up with an openHAB app sub-view page already visible in the foreground.

It currently then requires a manual refresh of the page or waiting for the general update interval (30+ s?) for the correct item states to be displayed.

I reverted the commits on develop related to hangs and hitches. They were so far unconclusive. I started from scratch with the branch #1151. First of all entirely focused on diagnostics.
