[HPC-AI][AI for Science] issue with download link

During the container build, we randomly get errors for downloading the dataset from google drive. The links cannot be downloaded in the "incognito mode" either. The error is about permission issues but the link is accessible by anyone.

Tried removing the `/u/0 `from the links and that worked. More investigation is required.
