Accounts using the same key for all key types unable to perform posting key actions #46
Description
As a user, I use the same public key for all of my keys(posting, active, owner, memo). As of HF28, this has broken my flows as I am not able to do any posting key operations and RPC nodes return: tx_missing_posting_auth.
To replicate: Create an account, set all keys to the same value. Try to vote a post. You will notice the action fails.
I do not want to change my flows and would like to continue to use the same key for all.
