Does SD-JWT Verifiable Credentials with JSON-LD (SD-JWT VCLD) specification exist? #689

Section B.3.7. SD-JWT VCLD says this about SD-JWT Verifiable Credentials with JSON-LD (SD-JWT VCLD):
SD-JWT VCLD (SD-JWT Verifiable Credentials with JSON-LD) extends the IETF SD-JWT VC [I-D.ietf-oauth-sd-jwt-vc] Credential format and allows to incorporate existing data models that use Linked Data, e.g., W3C VCDM [VC_DATA], while enabling a consistent and uncomplicated approach to selective disclosure.
OpenID4VP does not link to SD-JWT VCLD nor does it list SD-JWT VCLD in section 16. Normative References nor in section 17. Informative References. I did searches with multiple search engines, but I was unable to find the SD-JWT VCLD specification. Does it exist? Or is section B.3.7. supposed to be understood as an inline specification of the SD-JWT VCLD (a spec within a spec)?
