ISO PAS streamlining

MEMO: Re: spec creation process, if we want to transpose the sepc to ISO, there are things to be done. So, that should go to the phase X of the effort.

Also, ISO PAS’s lifetime is 3 years. After that, the document must be fully compliant to ISO rules.
