[Cosmos - Onboarding] Move Repository To Neutral Organization

After the project contribution is signed we should move the Cosmos repository to a new neutral Github organization. The current parent org is associated with the commercial entity.

@bensternthal Moved to the cosmosgl org.
Is it ok to keep the repo name as cosmos. This will mean that in the future cosmos.gl may have other packages available under the cosmos.gl scope on NPM?

I still need to update the NPM package location. It's the next thing on my list.
