Schedule Active Projects For a Once A Year Presentation With the CPC

We'd like to have each active OpenJS project present to the CPC once a year. This can be as formal or as casual as folks like.

The goal is to have the projects convey the status of the project and provide a forum for help and / or questions.

If a maintainer from the project is not available, another option is having a CPC member who is familiar with the project provide an update.

• Next step is figuring out a schedule and inviting participants.
• Create guidance for what folks should talk about/template
• Webpack might be a good first project!

We will aim to have a stubbed out schedule and guidance for review in the next cpc call.
