Add the gateway section following the mockups of the parent issue #2521. The logic behind state dots will be done in #2618 so for now the gateway state are all in active status. (green dot).

PR #2608 is already open and implements the gateway list section in Settings, matching the mockups from the parent issue #2521. That PR adds the OpenShell sidebar accordion, the active-gateway display, the other-gateways list with status dots, type badges, and endpoint details — which covers the scope of this issue.

Once PR #2608 is merged, this issue's requirements should be satisfied. If there are differences between what #2608 delivers and what this issue specifically needs, please clarify so the remaining delta can be tracked separately.

For reference, the status-dot logic is tracked separately in #2618 (blocked on #2515), which aligns with the plan described here to default all statuses to active/green for now.
