Problem

The ACP session sidebar only shows a delete (trash) icon when hovering over sessions. There is no way to rename a session — the display name is always derived from the initial prompt text, truncated to 40 characters. With multiple sessions, this makes it hard to distinguish them.

Recommended Implementation

1. Data model: Add an optional name field to AcpSessionInfo in packages/api/src/acp-session-info.ts. When not set, fall back to the prompt text.
2. Backend: Add renameSession(sessionId, newName) to AcpSessionManager and register acp:renameSession in AcpIPCHandler.
3. Preload bridge: Expose window.renameAcpSession in packages/preload/src/index.ts.
4. UI — Sidebar (AcpSessionLayout.svelte): Add an edit icon (e.g., faPen) next to the existing trash icon. Clicking it should toggle inline editing with a text input pre-filled with the current name.
5. UI — Table view (AcpSessionName.svelte): Display session.name ?? truncatePrompt(session.prompt) and consider adding rename support here as well.

Proposed Test Cases

- AcpSessionManager.renameSession updates the name field and emits an update event
- Renaming a non-existent session throws an error
- AcpIPCHandler routes 'acp:renameSession' to the manager
- Edit icon appears on hover alongside the trash icon in the sidebar
- Clicking the edit icon shows an inline text input with the current name
- Submitting the edit updates the displayed session name
- Pressing Escape cancels editing without saving
