New hillshading options

Mapbox allows additional methods for hillshading. Like Igor algorithm.

See how maplibre implemented this here : maplibre/maplibre-native#3965

Is there a way to make openlayers able to work with these specs as well ?

That should be doable, yes. The current calculations are already heavily inspired by what MapLibre does, so similar structures are in place already. Would you be willing to take this on and create a pull request?
