Minting DOIs pre-publication (draft DOI feature) #1
Description
It would be a great feature for the Datacite Plugin to mint DOIs when the paper gets accepted after review. Currently, the plugin deposits the DOI post-publication. But for editors and typesetters it would be great if they know the DOI so it can be incorporated into the PDF or XML pre-publication.
Maybe the "add a draft doi" feature out of the Crossref sphere can be used so that Janeway will create the DOI object ready for us to submit to Datacite.
