remove italics from blockquotes #428
Description
Currently we have blockquotes styled like this:
Italics should not be used for paragraphs of text as it reduces readability making the content less accessible.
The blockquote style is already visually distinguished by the inclusion of a left border, so this styling is superfluous.
Whether to remove or keep bold is an aesthetics choice.
