The https://api.covid19api.com/summary API used to obtain a JSON file for the COVID-19 Summary Report COBOL Challenge went offline as JHU stops collecting data as per 10 March 2023.

To explore using other options, or archived data from https://github.com/CSSEGISandData/COVID-19 instead.

Reproduction Steps

1. Open link https://api.covid19api.com/summary and you will get a 404 response.
