TRIGA example fuel rods have their radii set as the diameter of the fuel rods.

The radii in the geometry for the TRIGA example model are the diameter of those rods. TRIGA fuel elements have a diameter of 1.47 inches (3.74 cm) which is set as the radius of the cylinders in the example.

I suspect this is an error, would it be helpful if I would submit a pull request to this example with a fix?
