* Connection to server is fully working, backward compatibility with server & original client kept working too * Roughly removed server OMP-SDK support to let client handle without it * Enable RAKNET_BUILD_FOR_CLIENT to use

Server-side was not tested with this patch, but there shouldn't be any issue as per as nothing was removed from the original code
