Check for Newer Versions #2
Description
Script should check openneuro/hashes of commits and or files for newer versions.
- Collect file hash and commit as part of datalad dataset
- Script should check file hash locally/datalad commit
- Have env variable/flag that determines whether to autoupdate e.g.
MIBAS_FETCH_AUTOUPDATE=true/false
