Commented two lines so that ecat2nii no longer tries to write rescaling factor to .txt file
Deleting whitespace to kick of CI again.

Previously, ecat2nii would try to write rescaling factor info to .txt file in .../PET2BIDS/matlab/ecat_testing/steps, which is a folder that no longer exists in repo, creating "invalid file identifier" error. Commented two lines so that ecat2nii no longer tries to write rescaling factor to .txt file.
