Geocode Data Scrape / Import Pipeline

We need an initial module that will:

• Collect unique addresses from the data
• Query those addresses against a geocode API / DB
• process the response data into an entry in our DB

Found an interesting stack thread on this. Not sure if its too late, I might try implementing the dstk geocoder on some address clean-up tests and see how it works.
