Fix alignment of WOEIP logo and sign-up on home page

Description

When viewing the home page, the WOEIP logo currently sits above the sign-up button.

• We want it to align left to the button, on regardless of viewport size, and be centered vertically.
• If smaller viewports can't fit the logo and button side-by-side, we should hide the logo on smaller viewports.
