Unexpected 413 error code while uploading one particular dataset

Describe the bug
While uploading data from August 13, 2014 this popup error window

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://woaq.org/upload'
2. Drag paired files ( Dustrak .log and GPS .csv) to 'upload field'
3. Click save
4. See error

Expected behavior
Should say "success", uploads data, displays map
If the file is too big, a readable error message should show
