Problem with creating playlists

When I try to create a playlist in concertmaster, the piece I selected appears in the list but the playlist doesn't show up. After I select favorites the piece also disappears and it is as if I never created the playlist. Also, when I try to edit the playlist, I get this error:

We're working on the iPhone version of Concertmaster and it's demanding several changes on our backend (because of new features). While we reviewed our code, we discovered the playlist bug. It was fixed and it's on beta right now:

You can use the beta until we release the new version on the main channel. It's identical, if a little slower.
